-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, managers, and customers.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence team members positively.

-Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.

-Ability to make sound decisions independently and under pressure, considering the best interests of the team and the company.

Knowledge Required For The Job *

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of retail math, including profit margins, markups, and inventory management

- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
